My Laundry Helper - Terms & Conditions

By scheduling services with My Laundry Helper, you agree to the following termsand conditions:

🧺 Wash & Fold Policy

All clothing must be machine washable and safe for a standard machine and drying cycle. We do not check individal garment labels and are not responsible for damage to items that require care or cannot withstand machine washing and drying.

⚠️ Damaged Items 

We are not responsible for:

• Fabric defects or weaknesses that cause tears or holes dusring washing
• Color loss, bleeding or shrinkage
• Damage to delicate fabric or attached accessories ( buttons, zippers, ties, beads, belts, etc.)

Our maximum liability for any damaged item is three (3) times the cleaning fee for the specific garment, regardless of brand or original value.

To report damage, please email contact@mylaundryhelper.comand returne the item for inspection within5 business days.

👖 Pocket Check Policy

Before sending in your laundry, please emty all your pockets. While we do our best to check, we are not respomsible for any damage caused by intems left inside, including but not limited to:

• Crayons
• Gums / anything sticky
• Lip Balm
• Lipstick
• Pens or Markers, etc.

🚫 Contaminated Items

We cannot accept any items that may pose a health or safety risks. That includes laundry contaminated with:

• Bedbugs
• Bodily Fluids ( human or animal)
•  Excessive pet hair
•  Hazardous Materials
•  Mildew or Mold
•  Poison Ivy
•  Wet or Damp Items, etc

🔍 Lost Items

Lost items must be reported within 5 business days via email at contact@mylaundryhelper.com .

We will make every reasonable effort to locate the missing item.

If an item is deemed lost after 30 day, we will offer a replacement or reimbursement if no suitable replacement is available.

📦 Pick-Up & Drop Off

We are not responsible for items left unattended before pick up or after delivery. You will receive a text message when your laundry is picked up and again when its dropped off. Please ensure your items are secure during these times.

🧼 Dry Clean Only Items

Do not include dry clean only garments in your wash and fold laundry bags. We are not responsible for damage to these items if included. Please separate Dry Clean items and place them in the Dry Clean Bag.

👗 Wash & hang Items

If you do not include specialty "Wash & Hang Items" in the wash and fold bags. We are not responsible for damaged to these items if included and dried in the dryer.

Please seperate Wash & Hang Items " Special Items" and place them in the Wash & Hang Dry bag. 

🧽 Stain Treatment

If you have any special instructions for stains, please include a note explaining what caused the stain . While we make every effort to treat visible stains, we cannot guarantee complete removal, as some stains are permanent.
